Shumei Satoh is a General Manager of SMSC-Japan. With the technology of
SMSC, he has been engaging in developing and marketing various LSI's including
ARCNET, CarNET, and EC-NET, all for industrial and automotive markets
since 1987.
He received
a bachelor degree of Electrical Engineering from Tohoku University. He
had designed several microprocessors in Intel-Japan before joining SMSC-Japan.
