The ARCNET Trade Association (ATA) offers two categories of membership—Sponsoring Member and Member. A Sponsoring Member is an organization who will assume and share the costs in promoting and maintaining the ATA. A member is any individual or organization who has a vested interest in ARCNET, and is willing to donate time and effort in promoting ARCNET. Any contribution such as donating a hardware design, software design or simply answering questions on ARCNET qualify for membership.

The benefits are generally the same in both categories except in selecting Directors. Director positions on the governing board are available only to sponsoring members. However, all members have voting rights when seating Directors from the proffered list as well as other association and members' issues such as bylaw revision. The Association is chartered as a nonprofit organization under the laws of the State of Illinois.

To join the ATA, please print out and complete the Membership Application Form and send it with a check to the address below. If you require an invoice before payment can be processed, mark the proper space on the form.
